Amanda Bloor, chief officer of Harrogate and Rural District Clinical Commissioning Group (HaRD CCG), is committed to working collaboratively with partners through a systems based approach to deliver meaningful change at pace for the benefit of local people. Amanda has extensive healthcare leadership and operational delivery expertise gained across a number of settings, including PCTs and hospital trusts and strategic health authorities. As a diagnostic radiographer Amanda brings clinical insight into her leadership and delivery roles.

In addition to serving as HaRD CCG chief officer since its inception in 2013 Amanda is senior responsible officer for the North Yorkshire and York Transforming Care Partnership, and commissioning senior responsible officer for the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership cancer programme. Amanda also serves as vice chair of the North Yorkshire Health and Wellbeing Board and the Harrogate Public Services Leadership Board. She has established, with provider and local authority partners a North Yorkshire Mental Health and Learning Disability Strategic Partnership. Amanda chairs this board, its remit is to lead and oversee all aspects of mental health transformation and delivery.
