Paul Dinkin is Partner in the healthcare practice at McKinsey. Before joining McKinsey in 2016 he spent several years in senior strategy, policy and delivery roles in the NHS nationally, including helping lead the national New Care Models programme for its first year. Paul leads McKinsey’s UK Healthcare Practice and co-leads the work it does for government funded health systems globally.
